1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Here's a rough breakdown of our delivery timeline:
- Handling time: 1 to 3 business days
- Transit time: 6 to 12 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on every order with no minimum spend required. We ship within the UK only.
3. Where are you based?
Fashions by Fleur is a UK based online fashion store. We don't have a physical shop, just a carefully curated online store and a team who genuinely loves what we sell.
4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
That's on us and we'll fix it straight away. Get in touch as soon as your order arrives and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once it's been fulfilled and shipped, we're unable to cancel it. In that case our returns process will apply.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 28 day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached. For full details visit our Returns and Refunds page.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This typically takes up to 7 business days, and is subject to your bank's processing speed.
8. Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 28 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No fuss, no awkward questions.
9. How do I contact customer support?

10. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the UK only. Watch this space though. 👀
11. Do you have a physical store?
We're online only, which means lower overheads and better prices for you. Every penny saved goes back into finding you the best styles.
12. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Order Tracking page.
