At Fashions by Fleur, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make the return process as straightforward as possible.

28-Day Returns

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return any item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: No cost to you. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping in full.

For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes situations where the wrong size was ordered, the item doesn't fit, or you've simply changed your mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Get in touch: Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Pack it up: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories and documents.
Send it back: Follow the instructions provided in your return authorisation email, using the recommended carrier or shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, or item? Get in touch and we'll help sort an exchange as quickly as we can.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their individual product pages.
